Role Profile: Creative Visual Designer

The purpose of this role is to develop marketing initiatives and enhance digital presence across ISP schools in India.

This role involves:

  • Creating engaging visual content for digital media, including social media posts, websites, banners, brochures, and presentations.
  • Designing creative solutions with a high visual impact, aligned to brand guidelines.
  • Leading multiple projects simultaneously, including brand identity, advertising, campaigns, design briefs, layouts, and artwork.
  • Supporting ISP India schools with website updates and creative support as needed.
  • Maintaining the visual identity of all schools through regular audits and review meetings.
  • Providing design and development support for new schools joining the ISP network.
  • Building a central repository of editable designs and assets for use across all ISP India schools.
  • Offering editing support for video marketing content produced across ISP schools.

We seek a candidate with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).
  • Familiarity with motion graphics, animation, or video editing tools.
  • Experience with UI/UX design principles and tools like Figma or Sketch.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for web design projects.
  • Skills in photography, photo editing, videography, and post-production.
