Job Overview

The Citizen Foundation is seeking a highly qualified and experienced School Director to lead our primary school in Kotli Kewal Ram. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators, promoting high standards of learning and teaching, and driving school improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote a culture of mutual respect, collaboration, and continuous learning among teachers, students, staff members, and parents.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive school improvement plan based on need analysis, ensuring its effective implementation within the school.
  • Monitor classroom quality through lesson planners and formal/informal classroom observations, providing feedback to enhance teacher performance.
  • Organize and manage co-curricular activities, timetable, assembly, periods, displays, library, and laboratories, ensuring optimal use of academic resources.
Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Area and Regional HR teams for staff hiring, retention, performance management, and other HR-related matters.
  • Establish strong relationships with the community, promoting education for both male and female children, and encouraging them to join TCF schools.
