
Sales Performance Lead

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Sales Executive to develop and execute strategies that drive high-quality leads through various channels, including online research, social media, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Determine potential clients and decision-makers within targeted organizations based on thorough market analysis.
- Analyze tools and platforms to gather and manage lead information efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement.
- Evaluate leads based on established criteria to ensure they align with our ideal customer profile, driving successful conversions.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand market presence by leveraging market insights and trends.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and stay informed about industry developments, informing strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and sales materials that effectively communicate value propositions.
Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Establish initial contact with potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and other outreach methods, building rapport and trust.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Foster strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring long-term loyalty and growth.
Product Demonstrations and Presentations:
- Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our CRM or HR software products to potential clients, showcasing their value and relevance.
- Deliver product demos and provide detailed explanations of how our solutions can address client needs, driving successful implementations.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that highlight key differentiators and competitive advantages.
Sales Process Management:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, maintaining accurate records and metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals in the CRM system, ensuring seamless workflow.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Achieve monthly or weekly sales targets by converting leads into clients, driving revenue growth.
Customer Support and Follow-Up:
- Ensure a smooth transition of new clients to the customer support team for implementation and training, minimizing disruption and maximizing satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, fostering loyalty and advocacy.
- Address any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively, resolving issues and preventing churn.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with the product development team to stay updated on product features and enhancements, informing sales strategies and messaging.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction, driving long-term growth.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions, staying informed and aligned with company objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software sales, preferably CRM or HR software.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, demonstrating consistent performance and achievement.
- Experience in lead generation, good conversion rate, and qualification, driving successful sales outcomes.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of CRM or HR software solutions and industry trends, informing sales strategies and messaging.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, driving effective client engagement and relationship management.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering loyalty and advocacy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, driving data-driven decision making and process improvements.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools, streamlining workflow and enhancing productivity.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently, driving individual and team success.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with specific CRM or HR software products (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Workday, ADP), enhancing sales expertise and capabilities.
