We are seeking a skilled developer to join our team at Zenyst. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality web applications using the Laravel framework.

Job Role Overview

Your expertise will help us deliver scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business. In this role, you will design and develop robust web applications utilizing the Laravel framework.

Main Responsibilities
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • You will implement efficient, scalable, and secure code for web applications, adhering to industry best practices.
  • You will perform thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and suggest improvements as needed.
  • You will troubleshoot and debug issues in web applications, providing timely resolutions to ensure minimal downtime.
  • You will optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • You will work closely with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic, enhancing overall application performance.
  • You will stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in PHP and Laravel development, suggesting improvements to enhance application performance and usability.
  • You will maintain accurate documentation of code and project tasks, contributing to technical specifications and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • You will participate actively in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in PHP web development.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in PHP web development.
  • Proficient in Laravel framework and its ecosystem.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
  • Experience with relational databases like MySQL and ORM frameworks like Eloquent.
  • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
