Sales Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess both sales and IT background that enables them to drive engagement at the CXO level as well as with IT Managers.

">Job Responsibilities
  1. Cold-calling to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads, and arrange requests/meetings.
  2. Presents and promotes products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  3. IDentifies and generates new leads through Networking, LinkedIn, technical communities, forum postings, and other online sources.
  4. Maintains a robust sales pipeline.
  5. Works to monthly KPIs and targets.
  6. Executes a consultative sales strategy and manages the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to close.
  7. Updates prospect interactions and statuses in Excel/CRM to ensure efficient lead management.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a business or related field, 2-5 years of sales experience with a minimum of 2 years B2B lead generation, and a consistent track record of meeting and exceeding quota targets.

">Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a business or related field.
  2. 2-5 years of sales experience with a minimum of 2 years B2B lead generation.
  3. A passion and proven track record for driving the full sales lifecycle including prospecting, lead generation, contact, presentation, relationship building, negotiating, and closing.
  4. Proven ability to work independently, take an ownership approach for sales, marketing, and areas of responsibility, and develop plans and programs to help achieve goals.
  5. Exceptional communication skills.
  6. High level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and highly self-motivated.
  7. Fast learner with a background in IT and IT enabled Product/Services preferred.
