Senior Lecturer

Research and Teaching Position

We are looking for an exceptional researcher and teacher to join our faculty team. The successful candidate will have a strong research background in one or more of the following areas: Hardware-based Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Human-Centred Engineering Design and Emerging Technologies for Innovation, Sustainable Design and its interplay with AI, Quantum Technologies, e.g. Sensing, Computing, Engineering.

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive research plan that aligns with our strategic initiatives.
  • Design and deliver innovative undergraduate and graduate courses that integrate interdisciplinary learning.
  • Cultivate collaborative research partnerships with industry and academia.
  • Mentor students and support their research projects.

Essential Qualifications:

• A PhD in Engineering, Applied Sciences, Computer Science, Design, or a related field with a strong research record.
• A proven track record of publishing high-impact research papers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for teaching and mentoring students.
