Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Own the architecture, design, and technical direction for large-scale projects, ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals.
  • Development: Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs using Java (Spring Boot), Angular, and AWS cloud services.
  • Mentorship: Actively mentor and guide engineers at all levels, promoting a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
  • Talent Acquisition: Help in the recruitment process by identifying and interviewing technical talent, ensuring alignment with the company's standards and culture.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5-7 years of Full-stack experience with a strong focus on backend systems.
  • Skills: Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot) for building scalable and secure backend services. Knowledge of Miconaut framework is a plus.
  • Angular Experience: Hands-on experience with Angular and modern front-end technologies including React, JavaScript (ES6), TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL, and Apollo Client.
  • AWS Cloud Services: Strong experience with RDBMS (MySQL, Oracle) and familiarity with NoSQL databases along with ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate, etc.)
  • Front-end Testing Frameworks: Familiarity with front-end testing frameworks and tools such as Jest, Karma, Cypress, and Cucumber.
