Key Role: Retail Operations Executive

The Retail Operations Executive is a pivotal role within our organization, focusing on driving sales and optimizing inventory management at retail outlets. This position requires strong leadership skills to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets while ensuring efficient inventory levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting and monitoring retail targets for optimal performance.
  • Hire, train, and motivate sales staff to maximize sales efficiency.
  • Ensure the maintenance of high-quality shop ambiance, hygiene, safety, visual merchandising, and customer service standards.
  • Coordinate with landlords and mall managements to ensure smooth operations.

Additionally:

  • Provide timely stock demand information to the merchandising and supply chain teams for efficient stock supply.
  • Continuously monitor individual store stock positions to maintain adequate inventory levels and ensure organized storage.
  • Systematically provide customer feedback to the merchandising and planning team to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop strategies based on customer feedback and product insights to enhance sales performance.
  • Oversee the initiation, supervision, and timely completion of fit-out, construction, and renovation work of stores according to established standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Achieve sales targets for assigned shops.
  • Consistently improve conversions, ATV (Average Transaction Value), and UPT (Units Per Transaction).
  • Maintain maximum customer satisfaction through excellent service, product offerings, and overall experience.
  • Timely implement retail marketing and POS activities to positively impact customer footfall and sales.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date record keeping in an organized manner.
  • Minimize errors and delays in providing information and reports.
