We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Content Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will create engaging visual content that enhances the viewer experience on YouTube channels. This includes designing thumbnails, channel art, social media graphics, and other visual assets that drive clicks and views.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create high-converting YouTube thumbnails that grab attention and boost click-through rates (CTR).
  2. Design channel art, banners, and branding elements that reflect the identity of the YouTube channel.
  3. Collaborate with the content team to produce visuals that complement video content.
  4. Design social media graphics, promotional materials, and other visuals for marketing efforts.
  5. Evaluate all designs for optimization on YouTube's platform and mobile devices.
  6. Stay updated on design trends, YouTube aesthetics, and best practices.
  7. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a graphic designer in YouTube content creation or digital media.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing work in thumbnail creation, channel art, or digital media assets.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
  • Ability to create bold, clickable, and visually appealing thumbnails that align with YouTube's best practices.
  • Strong understanding of color theory, composition, typography, and design trends.
  • Familiarity with YouTube content, trends, and platform specifications.
  • Ability to collaborate with a remote team and manage feedback effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with YouTube channels in various niches.
  • Knowledge of YouTube SEO and its impact on thumbnail and visual design.
  • Understanding of branding and its role in creating consistent channel visuals.
