Job Title: Senior MERN Stack Solutions Developer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled MERN stack solutions developer to join our dynamic team. As a senior MERN stack solutions developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex client service architectures, leveraging cloud automation, data science, and DevOps practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a deep understanding of the MERN stack. They will be able to orchestrate the architecture and design of large-scale applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, ReactJs, Node.js) stack, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.

The role also involves implementing cloud automation using tools like AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or Kubernetes for efficient deployment and management. Additionally, they will integrate data science for advanced analytics, machine learning, and improved user experiences.

In this position, you will develop strategies for ensuring 100% uptime and high availability of applications, including failover, load balancing, and disaster recovery plans. You will also lead the design and implementation of microservice architecture, including determining the number of microservices needed, defining their responsibilities, and designing communication protocols between them.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and drive solutions. To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a passion for innovation and continuous learning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar position as a MERN stack solutions developer, with a strong focus on building and delivering successful projects using the MERN stack.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and integrating front-end components with back-end services.
  • Strong understanding of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases, and experience with data modeling and database design.
