Job Title: Master Finisher

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Master Finisher. As a Master Finisher, you will be responsible for applying various finishes to interior and exterior surfaces of buildings and structures.

You will also prepare surfaces for finishing by removing old coatings, filling holes and cracks, and ensuring a smooth surface.

• Apply finishes such as paint, varnish, and other coatings to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
• Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and filling holes and cracks.
• Protect surrounding areas from finishes by using drop cloths or masking tape.
• Mix finishes to achieve desired colors.
• Cover surfaces with cloth or plastic to ensure protection during the finishing process.
• Smooth surfaces after finishing to ensure a high-quality finish.
• Clean up work area after completing the job.

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Master Finisher or similar role.
• Proven knowledge of various finishing techniques and tools.
• Ability to work with different types of finishes including water-based, solvent-based, and oil-based.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to work on ladders or scaffolding as needed.
• Must have excellent problem-solving skills.
