HVAC and Amenities Leader

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to lead our team in the management of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems, as well as amenities services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Strategic Plans: Create and implement plans for HVAC and amenities services that align with our company's goals and objectives.
  2. Oversee Technical Operations: Ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of HVAC systems and amenities within the organization.
  3. Lead Projects: Manage projects related to HVAC and amenities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to defined objectives.
  4. Implement Quality Control: Develop and implement quality control measures in HVAC and amenities-related processes to ensure precision and compliance with international standards.
  5. Budget Management: Manage budgets associated with HVAC and amenities services, controlling costs within agreed parameters.
  6. Reporting and Presentations: Prepare technical reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting performance and challenges.
  7. Strategy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies for enhancing HVAC and amenities infrastructure.
  8. Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety protocols and international standards in HVAC, lifts, and amenities-related operations.
  9. Risk Management: Identify and assess risks under their management and develop risk response strategies.
  10. Risk Monitoring: Monitor risks and response strategies under their management.
  11. Information Accuracy: Ensure accuracy and timeliness of information provided for risk reporting.
