We are looking for an HR Generalist - Talent Acquisition professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire hiring process, from preparing job advertisements to facilitating interviewing and selecting processes.

You will conduct job analysis of positions requested on our human resources management system, creating detailed job descriptions and specifications, along with key performance indicators. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

You will maintain a comprehensive database of CVs, both in soft and hard copy formats. Reviewing CVs, performing initial screenings, and scheduling interviews for suitable candidates are essential parts of your duties.

Designing and coordinating job ads with our creative department, ensuring they meet our needs and requirements, is also part of your responsibilities. Placement of job ads on various platforms, including social media, Rozee, and other job portals, is another task you will handle.

Generating interview schedules, conducting telephonic interviews, scheduling face-to-face interviews, and arranging panel interviews according to our HR policy require strong organizational skills. Background checks, performance reference checks, and assurance checks related to new hires are also critical components of your role.

You will support the HR Manager in implementing our HR manual and suggest improvements to policies, procedures, and working environment. Maintaining knowledge of employment-related laws in countries where we operate is crucial.

A Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in human resources management and 2-4 years of experience in core HR fields are required. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
