Truck Fleet Manager

Job Summary:
Dispatch CoordinatorThis position involves exceptional customer service and effective management of our truck fleet. It is a remote role requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
- Coordinate and schedule truck routes based on customer orders, delivery deadlines, and driver availability.
- Communicate effectively with drivers to provide instructions, updates, and support throughout the delivery process.
- Monitor shipment progress and address any issues or delays proactively to minimize disruptions.
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service and/or dispatching, preferably in the transportation industry.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, drivers, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including dispatching software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Flexible to work non-traditional hours as needed, including evenings and weekends.
