Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Description

We seek a seasoned professional to serve as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Key responsibilities include managing the entire recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, and developing effective solutions to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and design targeted solutions.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Use a variety of recruitment methods to find the best candidates, including social media, job boards, job fairs, and employee referrals.
  • Builddiverse pipelines of qualified applicants through strategic networking and outreach.
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications through rigorous assessment processes, including interviews, reference checks, and skill evaluations.
  • Maintain open communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Regularly update recruitment data in our internal database to track progress and optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Fulfill vacant positions promptly and inform hiring managers of onboarding progress.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our database.
Requirements:
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in recruiting non-technical and technical roles is an asset.
  • A degree in HR, Business, or MIS is essential for this role.
  • Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills are necessary for success in this position.
