We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Support Associate.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong ability to work under pressure, and a willingness to learn and grow with our company.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls and chats, resolving customer inquiries, and supporting sales teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a high volume of customer interactions with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Identify and escalate opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer accounts and sales teams.
- Maintain a positive and proactive demeanor when dealing with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Provide clear and concise information to customers using appropriate communication channels.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets related to customer service and sales support.
- Graduate degree or equivalent.
- Excellent English language skills.
- At least one year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and nights.
