Job Title: Quality Assurance Lead

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our quality assurance efforts. At the forefront of medical device manufacturing, we prioritize safety, innovation, and global compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enforce strict adherence to quality standards across all production processes.
  • Conduct and participate in internal audits and support external inspections.
  • Maintain and review SOPs, QA records, and other regulatory documentation.
  • Implement and monitor corrective actions, process validations, and change controls.
  • Promote a culture of regulatory excellence and drive continuous improvement in our Quality Management System.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on quality initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Education: A relevant degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or Biotechnology.
  • Experience: 2–3 years in QA, preferably within medical device or pharma manufacturing.
  • Hands-on experience in QMS and IPC.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory standards.
  • Proficient in documentation, audits, and cross-departmental coordination.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
