Customer Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a driven and articulate individual to connect with customers remotely as a Customer Relationship Specialist. This role offers the opportunity to work independently, connecting with customers from their own home.

This specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers in the United States, informing them of products and services, and managing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers in the United States.
  • Inform customers of products and services.
  • Manage customer relationships.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent communication skills in English.
  2. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  3. Ability to work independently.
  4. Previous experience in a call center or tele marketing role is preferred but not mandatory.
  5. A quiet working environment and a reliable internet connection.
