Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Lead to lead our administrative team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office supplies and equipment, coordinating with various departments, and supervising the administrative team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the administrative team and provide guidance and support as needed.
  2. Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless workflow and timely task completion.
  4. Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements for senior management and staff.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
  6. Maintain accurate and organized records, files, and documentation.
  7. Handle communication with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  8. Assist in managing administrative expenses.
  9. Support HR functions such as employee onboarding and attendance tracking.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Age: 30-40 years
  • Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in administration, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
  • Proficiency in office management software
  • Knowledge of office procedures and administration best practices
