About the Job
As a Senior System Analyst, you will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their business needs and documenting detailed requirements.
You will analyze and evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement or optimization, and propose innovative solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Client Communication: Effectively communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to clients and internal teams.
- Solution Design: Design and implement effective solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure accurate implementation of solutions and adherence to project timelines.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to validate the functionality and performance of developed solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a system analyst role, preferably in a client-facing capacity.
- Proven expertise in requirements gathering, solution design, and project management.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and SDLC principles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in translating business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management and collaboration platforms.
- Familiarity with relational databases, SQL queries, and data modeling concepts.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
