Job Title: Senior Visual Content Creator

Job Description:

As a senior visual content creator, you will be responsible for crafting compelling video stories that resonate with our audience. Your expertise in editing and visual storytelling will help us develop engaging narratives that drive brand awareness and campaign success.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and edit high-quality video content from concept to final cut.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to design visuals that support brand narratives and campaign goals.
  • Lead post-production, including motion graphics, sound design, color correction, and versioning.
  • Manage timelines, revisions, and delivery deadlines.
  • Support creative ideation and storyboarding with mockups and rough cuts.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in video editing and visual storytelling.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of visual pacing, emotion-driven editing, and digital-first platforms.
  • Proven experience working in advocacy, nonprofit, or storytelling that centers equity, diversity, and inclusion.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with AI-enhanced tools and their application in video production.
  • Experience working with influential thought leaders and developing content for social media.
