About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrative professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative activities, ensuring the security and safety of our establishment, and managing company fleets.

Key Responsibilities
  • To look after all aspects of administrative operations, including but not limited to office management, record-keeping, and communication.
  • To coordinate with security companies to ensure the safety and security of our establishment.
  • To manage company fleets, including scheduling maintenance, tracking vehicle usage, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A strong background in administration, preferably with experience in similar roles.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Young and energetic candidates who are able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
  • Candidates with a background in security services, such as retired army or ex-police personnel, may be given preference.
