">About the Role">

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Digital Project Lead to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end digital projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

">Your Key Responsibilities">
  • Engage in end-to-end project management activities, including scoping project requirements, developing project plans, and monitoring progress.
  • Lead the implementation of innovative digital projects within different industries, markets, and contexts.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of digital projects, IT architecture, and software development life cycles.
  • Coordinate internal project teams as well as external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Scope project requirements, develop time planning, and monitor progress to ensure deliveries on time and up to quality standards.
  • Drive and conduct qualitative and quantitative research and analysis over delivery of strategic recommendations to support top management decision making.
  • Gather, analyze, and present project results to key stakeholders and moderate internal and external workshops.
  • Highlight potential risks and bottlenecks and act proactively to resolve issues.
">Requirements">
  • You have completed your business or engineering/technical studies with above-average success.
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
  • You have a strong technical background.
  • You are a team player with strong communication skills and a strong client orientation.
  • You have gained initial leadership experience and are familiar with conducting workshops and coaching sessions.
  • You are familiar with Agile project management principles and tools (e.g., JIRA).
  • Strong entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
