Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will identify and prospect new business opportunities within the target market.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, developing and executing a strategic plan to meet and exceed revenue goals.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and 1-2 years of experience in B2B roles, account management, or a related field.

You will also have strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, as well as experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

In addition, you will track and report sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics using CRM tools, ensuring customer satisfaction through collaboration with marketing, customer success, and product teams.

Bonus: Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach are a must for this role.
