  • A strong understanding of design patterns, system architecture, and software security principles;">
  • Hands-on experience with GitHub version control, branching strategies, and code review;">
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor development teams;">
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;">
  • Experience working on government or enterprise projects is a plus;">
  • Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies and project management tools is an advantage;">
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.) is beneficial.">
