We are seeking motivated professionals to fill a dynamic role in our team as On Rotation Customer Services representatives. This position requires a solid understanding of business principles and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers
  • Provide accurate information regarding travel services
  • Build strong relationships with customers and maintain rapport with them
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum CGPA of 3
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-focused with ability to handle inquiries professionally
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in using computer systems
Work Schedule:

Job days are on rotation, 4 days on, 4 days off, with 12 hour shifts
