Results-Driven Sales Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Executive to join our team in Bahria Town, Karachi. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong sales acumen and results-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting outdoor sales activities to promote our products/services and acquire new customers.
- Identifying and engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Providing accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
- Collaborating with the marketing department to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Representing the company professionally at all times, adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in construction materials or wooden sheets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
- Strong sales acumen and a results-oriented mindset, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with the Bahria Town, Karachi area.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
