Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead signage projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee signage projects, including design, permitting, fabrication, and installation phases.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Act as the primary liaison with clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage signage permitting processes, including securing required approvals from local authorities and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with the permitting team to address any challenges that arise during the approval process.
  • Work closely with design, fabrication, and installation teams to ensure all project requirements are met.
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure all signage meets quality standards and adheres to client specifications.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to verify successful project execution.
  • Monitor project expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays or challenges.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including permits, contracts, and progress reports.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in project management, preferably in the signage, construction, or related industries.
  • Knowledge of signage design, permitting, and installation processes.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, MS Project).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
