About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experiential Learning: Employ interactive teaching strategies to facilitate hands-on learning experiences, challenging students to think critically and creatively.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to 15-20 students as part of the Riphah Mentoring Program, helping them navigate academic and professional challenges.
  • Academic Support: Maintain accurate records of students' performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing targeted support to ensure success.
  • Research and Development: Pursue independent research projects, leading to publication and presentation at international conferences.
