Efficient System Development Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to collaborate on building efficient systems that enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement integrations requested by customers to ensure seamless communication.
  • Deploy updates and fixes efficiently, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuous service delivery.
  • Provide Level 2 technical support, resolving complex issues and providing expert guidance.
  • Develop tools to reduce errors and improve customer satisfaction, enhancing the overall user experience.
  • Integrate software with internal back-end systems, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
  • Analyze production errors to identify root causes, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and reliability.
  • Automate visualization processes using scripts, reducing manual effort and improving accuracy.
  • Design troubleshooting procedures for system maintenance, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Work experience in DevOps or related software engineering roles, with a strong understanding of system development lifecycle.
  • Proficient knowledge of Ruby or Python programming languages, with experience in scripting and automation.
  • Familiarity with databases and SQL, including data modeling and query optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Team-oriented individual, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field, with a strong foundation in computer science principles.
