
Renewable Energy Sales and Business Development Professional

We are seeking a skilled Solar Sales Manager to develop renewable energy projects and cover cross-country sales. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of active sales experience in renewable energy solutions for B2B markets, with a strong technical sales background.
Responsibilities:- Develop new leads in the B2B segment, grow sales, and support existing customers in assigned markets.
- Drive sales strategy across multiple channels with clear, measurable metrics.
- Monitor the timeliness of payments from clients.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation, participation in exhibitions, conferences, and forums.
- Prepare sales materials for client presentations, covering all necessary information.
- Own the client's journey from lead to project completion, promoting the company brand.
- Minimum 3 years of active sales experience in renewable energy solutions for B2B markets, with a strong technical sales background.
- Knowledge of solar and other renewable energy technologies.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in an international environment.
- Established professional network and stakeholder partnerships in renewable energy.
- Project management experience covering the entire sales cycle.
- Excellent negotiation skills, ethics, and integrity.
- Technical education.
- Fluent or native English (C1+).
- Experience working or studying abroad is a plus.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to set priorities.
- High independence, initiative, and results-oriented attitude.
