We are seeking a skilled Solar Sales Manager to develop renewable energy projects and cover cross-country sales. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of active sales experience in renewable energy solutions for B2B markets, with a strong technical sales background.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop new leads in the B2B segment, grow sales, and support existing customers in assigned markets.
  • Drive sales strategy across multiple channels with clear, measurable metrics.
  • Monitor the timeliness of payments from clients.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation, participation in exhibitions, conferences, and forums.
  • Prepare sales materials for client presentations, covering all necessary information.
  • Own the client's journey from lead to project completion, promoting the company brand.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of active sales experience in renewable energy solutions for B2B markets, with a strong technical sales background.
  • Knowledge of solar and other renewable energy technologies.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in an international environment.
  • Established professional network and stakeholder partnerships in renewable energy.
  • Project management experience covering the entire sales cycle.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, ethics, and integrity.
  • Technical education.
  • Fluent or native English (C1+).
  • Experience working or studying abroad is a plus.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to set priorities.
  • High independence, initiative, and results-oriented attitude.
