Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineering Expert to join our team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for leading the development of our frontend technology stack.

Your primary focus will be on advancing our development capabilities, ensuring seamless scalability as we grow to meet the demands of millions of monthly active users across various countries.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with diverse teams from design inception to production issue resolution, handling the complete SDLC lifecycle.
  • Product Development: Support a wide range of products focusing on automation, availability, performance, and reliability, while working closely with mobile engineers and business intelligence teams throughout each sprint.
  • Innovation and Excellence: Drive innovation and excellence, upholding our ambitions of building a leading industry platform.
  • Complex Problem-Solving: Develop elegant solutions for complex problems.
  • Code Quality: Maintain exemplary code adhering to programming best practices.
  • Team Guidance: Provide guidance and mentorship within a peer-programming environment, supporting colleagues with tasks of varying complexity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in Javascript and client-side technologies.
  • 4+ years of production-level experience in React.
  • Ability to build applications using React.
  • Familiarity with state management libraries, such as Redux.
  • Experience in profiling and optimizing React application performance.
  • Understanding of at least one MVC framework.
  • Familiarity with build tools like Webpack and package management tools like Yarn & NPM.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for navigating complex discussions and defending perspectives.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Plus point: Experience with Server Side Rendering using React.
