Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of multiple projects across various teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional dependencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Tracking and Delivery Management:
    • Oversee the execution of multiple projects, ensuring project timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met.
    • Ensure alignment between project goals and business objectives, monitoring progress, and addressing any issues proactively.
    • Manage cross-functional dependencies to ensure seamless collaboration across teams.
  • Resource Utilization and Management:
    • Track and optimize resource utilization across various teams, ensuring that the team is efficiently deployed on projects.
    • Collaborate with team leads to ensure effective resource allocation based on project priorities and timelines.
    • Address any bottlenecks or challenges related to resource constraints that could impact project timelines.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Prepare and present regular project status reports, including progress, risks, resource allocation, and upcoming deliverables, to senior stakeholders.
    • Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including timelines, risks, and deliverables.
    • Generate comprehensive reports on project performance and resource utilization.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between Data Engineering, Integration, Support, and Development teams.
    • Ensure clear alignment of project goals across all teams and resolve any cross-team dependencies or challenges.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met across all teams.
  • Risk and Issue Management:
    • Identify, track, and mitigate potential risks to ensure they do not impact project delivery.
    • Ensure timely escalation and resolution of project issues to maintain the overall progress and quality of the projects.
