Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and integrate new features.

  • Document updates, changes, and best practices for future reference and continuity.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in software development, with a focus on bot development or maintenance.
  • Familiarity with bot frameworks (e.g., Microsoft Bot Framework, Dialogflow, or Rasa).
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or C#.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs, integrations, and webhooks.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud for bot hosting.
  • Knowledge of debugging, testing, and version control tools (e.g., Git).
