Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and creative Visual Storyteller with expertise in leveraging AI tools to scale content creation, while maintaining high-quality video output.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ideate, generate, and edit video content using AI tools such as Runway, Descript, Pika Labs, and Synthesia.
  • Repurpose long-form videos into short-form reels or TikTok-style edits, applying motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and branding elements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content team to align video output with campaign goals.
  • Optimize video formats for different platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Maintain a fast turnaround without compromising quality.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in AI video editing tools such as RunwayML, Pictory, Adobe Firefly, CapCut AI, and Descript.
  • Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, and visual appeal.
  • Strong grip on social media trends and platform-specific video styles.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Nice to Have:
  • Prior experience working with content creators, agencies, or marketing teams.
  • Background in animation or motion graphics.
  • Knowledge of SEO for YouTube and video analytics.
