Job Title: Lead Data Scientist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to drive AI, Machine Learning, and Advanced Analytics initiatives. This role involves generating actionable business insights from complex data sets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. AI/ML Model Development: Develop and implement advanced AI models that solve complex business challenges and generate significant value.
  2. Elastic Expertise: Utilize Elastic for large-scale search, analytics, and real-time data processing.
  3. Data Pipeline Optimization: Leverage Kafka and Hadoop to optimize ETL pipelines, ensuring seamless data flow.
  4. Business Intelligence and Reporting: Apply expertise in Tableau, Power BI, and Logstash to deliver actionable business intelligence.
  5. OpenAI and LLM-based Technologies: Drive AI-driven automation by harnessing the power of OpenAI and Large Language Models.
  6. Predictive Analytics and Anomaly Detection: Develop and deploy predictive models, anomaly detection systems, and recommendation engines.
  7. Mentorship and Leadership: Foster the growth of junior data scientists and lead technical teams towards excellence.
  8. Distributed Computing and SQL: Showcase expertise in distributed computing and SQL to ensure scalable and efficient data processing.

Desirable Skills:

  1. Deep Learning Frameworks: Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  2. IT Governance and Compliance: Knowledge of IT governance, data security, and compliance standards.
  3. Real-time Data Processing and Feature Engineering: Experience in real-time data processing and feature engineering.
  4. Stakeholder Management and Leadership: Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills are essential.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 10+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI-driven solutions.
  3. Big Data Architectures and Cloud-based AI Solutions: Proven experience in Big Data architectures, cloud-based AI solutions, and business intelligence tools.
