Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Execute Regional Sales Strategy: Create a tailored sales approach that aligns with our vision and drives business growth.
  2. Onboard Healthcare Partners: Identify and engage doctors, clinics, hospitals, and corporate partners to subscribe to our services.
  3. Establish Strategic Partnerships: Develop relationships with B2B clients, medical institutions, and employer groups for bulk subscription plans.
  4. Market Trends and Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform product and sales strategy.
  5. Meet or Exceed Sales Targets: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and meet quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree: In Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Sales or Business Development Experience: 2-4 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in health tech, digital health, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, or healthcare SaaS.
  • Demonstrated Track Record: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Healthcare Knowledge: A strong understanding of healthcare systems, provider networks, and digital health trends in Pakistan.
  • Network and Relationships: A network of contacts in hospitals, clinics, or among doctors.
  • Telemedicine Regulations: An understanding of telemedicine regulations and adoption trends.
