Talent Scout

The primary goal of this role is to source and recruit talented individuals using various methods, including job postings and social media. This involves effectively targeting the right candidates for the job and developing relationships with prospective talent.

Screening and Selection Process

Talent Acquisition Specialists must select hiring criteria and advise candidates beforehand. They review portfolios, assess performance, and evaluate efficiency. Additionally, they complete all pre-screening and screening activities for prospective employees, which may include calling and completing trial screens.

Supporting the Hiring Process

To facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new talent, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will administer and submit all necessary paperwork for new employees. They also assist with the orientation process, working closely with the Human Resources department during this phase.

Staying Up-to-Date with Industry Trends

This role requires in-depth knowledge of the industry in which you recruit. This can be achieved through previously working in that industry or attending relevant events to gather such knowledge. It's essential to understand the working policies to gain insight into user engagements on the platform.
