We are seeking a seasoned Risk Management Consultant to join our team and contribute to the growth of our Financial Services practice. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise in risk management to design, assess, and benchmark financial risk management policies, frameworks, and methodologies for clients across the MENA region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, with experience in areas such as credit risk, market risk, operational risk, liquidity risk, and climate risk. You will work closely with clients to develop knowledge and implement new solutions to meet their ever-changing needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and assess financial risk management policies, frameworks, and methodologies for clients.
  • Benchmark client risk management practices against industry standards.
  • Develop and implement new risk management solutions for clients.
Requirements:
  • Graduate or post-graduate degree in Economics, Banking and Finance, Computational Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or Physics.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the risk management domain, with a few years in a consulting firm.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex risk management concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with large banking accounts and managing key client stakeholders.
Desirable Skills:
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and market standards.
  • Experience in one of the following areas: Credit Risk, Liquidity Risk, or Operational Risk.
