Job Responsibilities

The Senior Procurement Officer will be responsible for:

  • Procuring third-party services such as facility management, medical equipment maintenance, IT services, security, and waste disposal.
  • Evaluating service providers based on expertise, financial stability, past performance, and compliance with hospital standards.
  • Drafting and negotiating service agreements, ensuring clear deliverables, SLAs, and penalties for non-compliance.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in procurement, preferably in the hospital or healthcare sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.
Requirements

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
