Field Sales Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our in-store presence and exceeding sales targets.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Drive sales performance by guiding your team to exceed targets and fostering a culture of success.
    • Craft and execute field sales strategies that maximise reach and visibility across the territory.
    • Lead engaging training sessions, elevating the skills and expertise of your field sales representatives.
    • Dive into sales analysis, using insights to steer future strategies and optimise performance.
    • Facilitate collaboration across departments ensuring unified support for all sales initiatives.
About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a solid background in field sales, particularly in consumer goods. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, drive growth, and achieve business objectives.

Key Requirements:
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field is preferred.
  • Exceptional team leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset for market trends and data interpretation.
  • Ecommerce experience is a plus.
