  • Coordinate meetings and presentations with potential customers.
  • Document Management:
  • Prepare business development related documents and reports.
  • Organize and file contracts, agreements and other important documents.
  • Internal Communication:
  • Coordinate communication between departments to ensure smooth information transmission.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and record meeting minutes.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Assist with daily administrative work, such as travel arrangements and expense reimbursement.
  • Manage calendars to ensure team activities proceed as planned.
