Job Title: Deputy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Manager to join our team. As a key member of the management team, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and driving business growth. You will be responsible for creating reports and forms on Oracle Developer 10g from the Oracle Financial R12 ERP System database, contributing to the development and maintenance of the department's Management Information System (MIS), collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into MIS requirements, and providing training and support to departmental staff on MIS tools and remote data analysis procedures.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. You will be a strategic thinker, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in creating reports and forms on Oracle Developer 10g from the Oracle Financial R12 ERP System database.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the department's Management Information System (MIS).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into MIS requirements.
  • Provide training and support to departmental staff on MIS tools and remote data analysis procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data management and system functionality.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards for key performance indicators.
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure data availability and integrity.
  • Undertake other MIS-related activities as assigned by senior management.
  • Manage and create item codes in the item master.
  • Correspond with organization stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure compliance to PPRA rules and SOPs.
  • Validate Proprietary approvals and Pre-Qualification criteria.
