- Sales Team Leadership: Manage, train, and develop the sales team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Sales Performance Optimization: Achieve established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals, driving revenue growth and exceeding expectations.
- Client Communication: Keep buyers informed about progress, actively participating in the sales process until closing.
- Performance Metrics Analysis: Monitor team performance metrics, including sales revenue, customer acquisition, and sales associate productivity.
- Community Engagement: Participate in local community activities and engage with stakeholders to showcase expertise and commitment to excellence.
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required for this role.
- Sales Aptitude: The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be passionate about sales, and have a strong commitment to customer service and excellence.
- Professional Experience: 2+ years of sales experience is necessary to excel in this position.
