We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Backend Developer with expertise in Node.js to develop and maintain server-side applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Server-Side Development: Develop, maintain, and optimize server-side applications using Node.js for high performance and scalability.
  • API Creation: Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs for integration with front-end applications and third-party services.
  • Database Management: Work with databases (SQL and NoSQL) to ensure data integrity and optimal performance.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, participate in code reviews, and provide feedback to peers.
  • Debugging & Troubleshooting: Identify, document, and resolve bugs and performance issues, implementing performance improvements and optimizations.
  • Code Maintenance: Follow best practices for code versioning and documentation using Git.
  • Quality Assurance: Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code stability and reliability, supporting continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in backend development and Node.js technologies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 0-1 years of experience in software development (including internships or personal projects) with a focus on Node.js.
Essential Skills
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript and ES6+, hands-on experience with Node.js and backend development, familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services, knowledge of database technologies, and experience with Git.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills with attention to detail.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with strong communication skills.
  • Agility: Adaptability to new tools, technologies, and processes.
