Technical Lead Position

We are seeking a highly skilled technical lead to drive the development of our automotive software technology stack for enterprise-level clients.

This is an opportunity to work in multidisciplinary teams on global projects that define the future of automotive technology.

  • Our ideal candidate will analyze system requirements and create development plans to drive business objectives forward.
  • The successful candidate will write clean, testable code using .NET programming languages, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • They will develop technical specifications and architecture to support scalable software solutions.
  • Testing and debugging various .NET applications, identifying areas for improvement, is also a key responsibility.
  • The role involves reviewing and refactoring code to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Deploying fully functional applications, ensuring seamless user experiences, is another critical aspect.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends by upgrading existing programs is essential.
  • Supporting junior developers' work, fostering a collaborative team environment, is also vital.
  • Documenting development and operational procedures, promoting knowledge sharing, is crucial.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in .NET software development, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in building a suite of .NET microservices used in API/SDK first and headless fashion & event-based architecture using pub/sub and webbook technics.
  • In-depth knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (like C# and Visual Basic .NET).
  • Familiarity with database technologies and design of systems using structure, semi-structure and unstructured data.
  • Knowledge about Cloud Technologies preferable Azure.
  • Familiarity with agile environments.
  • Troubleshooting abilities.
  • Good communication skills; English level: Upper-Intermediate+ (B2+)
  • BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field.

  • Experience with Node.js, PHP.
