Job Title: UX Copywriter

We are seeking a skilled UX Copywriter to join our team. As a UX Copywriter, you will be responsible for crafting clear, concise, and engaging copy that enhances the user experience of digital products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Write microcopy for UI elements (buttons, tooltips, error messages, etc.).
  • Develop clear and engaging UX writing for websites, apps, and digital products.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and developers to align copy with user needs.
  • Conduct user research and A/B testing to refine messaging.
  • Create tone and voice guidelines to maintain brand consistency.
  • Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in copy.
  • Write onboarding flows, in-app messages, and instructional content.
Research & User-Centered Content Strategy:
  • Work closely with UX designers, product managers, developers, and marketers to ensure a consistent and cohesive user experience.
  • Align copy with the overall brand voice and tone while adapting it for different touchpoints.
  • Participate in design sprints, wireframing, and prototyping to provide early input on UX copy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience as a UX Copywriter.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Strong communication skills to defend UX writing choices based on research and best practices.
  • Ability to create content that aligns with information architecture and usability best practices.
  • Proficiency in grammar, punctuation, and storytelling.
  • Self-motivated, analytical, detail-oriented, and organized, with a commitment to excellence.
