">Job Description:

As a dynamic and creative professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through digital channels.

  • Create and implement digital ad campaigns across Google, TikTok, and Meta Ads to drive online sales and new customer acquisition.
  • Manage eCommerce performance marketing, including Google Shopping, product feed optimization, remarketing, and dynamic ads.
  • Optimize campaigns for Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), conversion rates, and customer Lifetime Value (LTV), using data-driven insights to continuously improve performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, landing pages, and customer journeys to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Our ideal candidate has 3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in an eCommerce or digital brand environment.

Preferred qualifications include expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and shopping/retargeting campaigns, as well as hands-on experience with WhatsApp marketing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to make data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
