Job Description:

This role involves strategic collaboration with stakeholders to ensure effective risk management framework implementation and identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Mapping key risk areas with internal controls, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive risk inventory register aligned with the organization's risk appetite.
  • Conducting periodic risk reviews and developing risk management dashboards for management review.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and set priorities effectively.

Proficient in MS Office, with a proactive approach to improving processes and procedures.


Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in Risk Management, preferably in a financial services or fintech company.

Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.


Skills and Qualifications:

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
