Job Title: Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing employee relations, and providing HR guidance to management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain staff by establishing recruiting, testing, and interviewing programs, counseling managers on candidate selection, conducting exit interviews, and recommending changes.
  2. Manage candidate databases and pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities.
  3. Conduct structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions for candidates.
  4. Collaborate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
  5. Ensure employee work result planning, monitoring, and appraisal by training managers to coach and discipline employees, scheduling management conferences, and resolving employee grievances.
  6. Maintain employee benefits programs and inform employees of benefits by studying trends, recommending benefit programs, and designing educational programs.
  7. Develop and update human resource policies and procedures.
  8. Stay current with industry trends in IT and Computer Science by reviewing publications, establishing networks, and maintaining technical leads.
  9. Promote company's reputation as a great place to work.

Requirements:

  1. Technical recruitment experience preferably in a technology firm.
  2. Ability to develop recruiting strategies that meet staffing needs.
  3. Experience in hiring and maintaining permanent staff.
  4. Experience in hiring and managing contractors and remote staff.
  5. Proficiency in professional testing and interviewing cycles, and screening IT resumes.
  6. Familiarity with HR systems.
  7. Strong interpersonal, listening, and speaking skills.
  8. Knowledge of Labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  1. 3-7 years of proven experience in human resource departments.
  2. BSc/MBA/BBA in Human Resources Management, IT, or relevant fields.
